I think the first two Hellraiser films stand as great examples of starting and fleshing out a rich, dark mythology that almost any horror fan can appreciate.The cenobites represent facilitators to man’s most carnal and obscene desires. They are merchants of obsession and compulsion and that always terrified me. I just revisited the second film on bluray so when I was alerted to this trailer my curiosity was instantly piqued. Looks like this has some great interviews and behind the scenes footage that will delight Barker fans. I for one can’t wait. “It has such sights to show us…”
